Frequently asked questions for members.

How do I get access?

Access to the member area is controlled by the RSquaredNerds administrator. Typically:

1. You complete a purchase or are granted access.
2. Your account is added to an AD group such as WebMembers.
3. IIS + NTFS permissions allow that group to access /members and related downloads.

Will there be a self-service portal?

Yes. In a future phase, an ASP.NET Core application will provide:

• Self-service account registration and login.
• Purchase history.
• License / activation key management.

This MkDocs-based site will continue to handle docs and marketing content.
